Site Rules

1. General Provisions

• Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility for violations.
• All materials and messages posted on the site reflect solely the opinions of their authors. The site administration provides no express or implied warranties regarding their completeness, usefulness, or accuracy.

2. User Registration

• Registering on the site constitutes acceptance of these rules.
• After registration, please complete your profile. It is recommended (though not required) to specify your gender, location, and birth date.
• During registration, you may not use website URLs, meaningless phrases, profanity, or expressions violating ethical or moral standards as your username. Such profiles will be deleted without warning. You may use your real name as your username — this is your right.
• Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited, regardless of intent. All detected duplicate accounts will be blocked.
• Accounts resembling existing ones to the point of potentially misleading other users are prohibited. The administration reserves the right to delete such accounts without notice.

3. Conduct on the Site

• Posting links to external sites is permitted only if the linked page is directly relevant to the topic and serves as an illustrative example. Authors are solely responsible for their links. Direct links (to files or specific content) are preferred when possible.
• You must maintain respectful communication, express thoughts clearly and correctly. Minor typos are acceptable, but deliberately excessive grammatical errors or slang should be avoided.
• Ignore trolls and disruptive users. Do not provoke them — lack of attention typically ends the discussion. Do not retaliate, even if insulted — click “Report” instead. The administration will handle the violator.

4. Advertising Guidelines

• Link titles must not contain profanity or offensive language.
• Links must not direct to direct file downloads.
• Advertising content must not include profanity, slang, criminal jargon, pleas, appeals to users, or calls to violate laws.
• Links to sites with pop-up alarms or adult/pornographic content are prohibited.
• Link descriptions must not mislead users. Descriptions must accurately reflect the linked page’s content.

5. Prohibited Content

Posting messages containing the following is strictly prohibited in any section of the site:

• Calls to violate laws, racist statements, incitement of ethnic hatred, or any content violating Israeli law.
• Profanity, insults, or abusive language (“flame”) — messages with hostile tone or personal attacks.
• Meaningless or low-value content lacking substance (“flood”).
• Off-topic content (“off-topic”).
• False information or defamation.
• Blatant advertising, including requests like “Visit/rate my site.”
• Baseless claims that “this is better” or “that is worse,” or absurd advice like “drink poison” or “love Google.”
• Excessive grammatical errors or slang.
• Messages consisting solely of emojis or meaningless phrases like “yes,” “no,” “wow,” etc. Learn to express thoughts clearly so readers understand without rereading.
• Discussion or complaints about administrative actions. Use Private Messages for such matters.

Such messages will be treated as spam or off-topic, and their authors will be penalized.
Decisions regarding bans and content compliance rest solely with the Administration.
If you disagree with a post or topic, click “Report,” and the Administration will review your complaint.
