Terms of Use

Welcome to perfectbite.ltd (the “Site”).
By using this service, you agree to the terms of this User Agreement (the “Agreement”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Definitions

• User — an individual registered on or using the site.
• Client — a user creating a task.
• Performer — a user completing a task.
• Task — a request to perform an action on a social network (follow, like, repost, etc.).
• Credits — the site’s internal currency used to pay for tasks.

2. Registration and Account

• Registration constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
• Each user may have only one account. Multiple accounts result in suspension.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, immediately notify support via internal messaging.
• Accounts inactive for more than 180 days may be suspended.

3. User Relationships

• Service agreements are concluded directly between users, not with the site.
• An offer is created by clicking “Create Task.”
• Acceptance occurs by clicking “Complete.”
• Upon task completion, credits are automatically credited to the performer’s account.
• The site does not guarantee task results.

4. Platform Functions

• We provide a technical platform for user interaction.
• We do not verify the accuracy of user-provided information.
• We are not responsible for user actions on social networks.
• We are not a party to agreements between users.

5. Payments and Credits

• Services are paid in internal credits.
• Credits can be earned by:
  • Completing other users’ tasks.
  • Top-up with real money.
  • Posting in the guestbook.
  • Daily login bonus.
  • Registration reward.
• Funds deposited are non-refundable, even if you stop using the site. This compensates for platform access and services rendered.
• Credits cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the platform.

6. Prohibited Actions

Prohibited activities include:

• Maintaining multiple accounts.
• Using others’ or inactive social media profiles.
• Posting illegal, offensive, or malicious content.
• Sending spam, pyramid schemes (MLM), or viruses.
• Using automated scripts (without API).
• Using VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions.
• Collecting other users’ personal data.
• Circumventing security systems.

7. Intellectual Property

• All site design, code, text, and content are protected intellectual property.
• Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the site for its intended purpose.
• Copying, modifying, decompiling, or using site elements without permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided “as is.”
• We do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted site operation.
  • Error-free performance.
  • Task completion results.
• We are not liable for losses, lost profits, or reputational damage.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes between users are resolved directly between them.
• The site may act as arbitrator upon request.
• Administrative decisions are binding.
• Pre-litigation procedure is mandatory: submit complaints via internal messaging.
• Response provided within 10 business days.
• Unresolved disputes are subject to courts in Israel (site owner’s jurisdiction).

10. Personal Data

• We collect:
  • IP address, cookies, device data.
  • Name (optional).
• Data is used solely for site operation and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
• Users are responsible for account security.

11. Agreement Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally.
• New versions are published on this page.
• Continued use = acceptance of changes.

12. Miscellaneous

• The site is not a tax agent. Users are solely responsible for taxes on earnings.
• No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship exists between you and the site.
• Electronic messages (on-site) have legal force.
